FOREVER UNIQUE RETURNS PROCEDURE

How do I return an item?
All items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch in their original packaging with a completed RETURNS NOTE.

Items that have a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant and cigarettes will not be refunded or returned. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please do not post anything to us outside the 14 day period as we cannot refund the item. We are also unable to send it back so please check very carefully the dispatch date.


1: Complete the RETURNS NOTE by clearing listing the reson for return and clearly indicating on the garement where the defect is located. 

2: Enclose your RETURNS NOTE with your goods in a securely wrapped parcel, and post back to: Returns Department, Forever Unique Ltd. Chatsworth House, 19 Lever Street, Manchester, M1 1BY

3: Post the item, making sure that you keep your recorded delivery and/or proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your credit/exchange.


NOTE: Forever Unique do not offer pre-paid postal returns. All returns postage costs must be made by the buyer. Returns sent without a RETURNS NOTE can take longer to process. Please ensure you include this with your returned items.

I have received a faulty item

All of our garments are checked before dispatch but if you do find a fault please follow the steps above within 14 days of delivery, and we will either send a replacement, repair or credit. Please mark clearly on the returns note as FAULTY.

Have you received my return?
When we receive a return and our team have processed the order we will email you to let you know. As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. If you do not hear from us within 14 days please get in touch with customer care.

When will I receive my replacement?

We will process your replacement item within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have processed the order. We'll then email you again when your replacement order is on its way to you. The replacement order postage costs will be paid for by Forever Unique.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
We are sorry, but the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable.

UK Next Day Delivery - £15.00 (Per Box Max 50 Items)
Please Note That Orders Must Be Placed Monday to Friday before 3pm (except UK Bank Holidays). Unfortunately, this service is not available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. Next Day Delivery orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9am and 5.30pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this. A signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to accept your parcel the carrier will leave you a card and will attempt delivery the following day. If delivery is still not possible it will be  leave card telling you how you can pick it up.

UK Saturday Delivery - £25.00 (Per Box Max 50 Items)

Rest of Europe - Prices will be supplied on requested as we require an accurate quote from our Freight Forwarding Company for this.
